At the Heart of the Dharma path is the Buddha's teaching on the 4 Noble Truths: There is stress in life, this stress is caused by wanting things to be different, there is freedom from this wanting, and the freedom comes from walking the Noble 8-Fold Path.
The 8-Fold Path comes to us in 3 parts: The first, how to wisely understand the truths of life, the second, how to relate to the ourselves, others and the world, and the third, how to free the mind and open the heart through practice.
